CAPTURE THE FLAG CHALLENGE ECW 4th EDITION

Dedicated to European students specialized in cyberdefense or cybersecurity

​« A note from an intelligence agency reveals that a global organization would plan to disturb the networks of several big smart cities which are fully using new technologies such as artificial intelligence to manage their critical resources such as energy resources, communications, surveillance and transports. Their goal: bring these « smart cities » to a standstill, and trigger a set of disasters through their software vulnerabilities.

« For 16 potential targets, 16 cyber specialists’ teams facing this emerging threat are selected and activated to attempt to stop these attacks and limit their effects.  »
Having demonstrated their capacities in 4 types of tests (Web server vulnerabilities, forensic analysis, Binary analysis, Discovering  path of attacks), 48 better individual talents will group together by team of 3 in finale…
The progress of 10 better students will be visible on-line and lists her 48 finalists will be published on the site of the challenge.

09h50: Debriefing exam of applicant pre-screening

10h10: Briefing of the final exam

10h30: Beginning of exam

18h00: End of final

18h15: Remise des prix aux équipes par les autorités mécènes (Région Bretagne, Airbus cybersecurity, Thales)
